Paddlesport & Fitness Camp (Ages 12-16)


Get ready for a week of adventure, fitness, and skill-building at our Teen Paddlesport & Fitness Camp! Tailored for teens ages 12-16, this camp goes beyond the basics, combining paddling techniques in sprint kayak, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUP), and outrigger canoes with foundational dryland training. With an emphasis on whole-body fitness, campers will develop strength, endurance, and teamwork in a supportive, fun environment.

This camp operates weekdays from 1pm to 4pm.

Camp Goals:

  1. Build Strength & Fitness Foundations: Teens will be introduced to essential fitness practices, including safe weight room techniques, body weight workouts, and running, helping them develop core strength, coordination, and endurance both on land and in the water.
  2. Develop Advanced Paddling Skills: Through guided sessions in sprint kayaks, ocean kayaks, SUPs, and outrigger canoes, campers will refine their paddling techniques, learn water safety protocols, and gain confidence navigating various watercraft.
  3. Foster Teamwork & Leadership: Paddling team activities and group fitness sessions encourage campers to work together, communicate effectively, and support each other’s progress, building social skills and camaraderie.
  4. Empower Confidence & Independence: By focusing on personal fitness goals and advanced paddling challenges, teens gain a sense of independence and self-confidence, pushing their limits in a positive, active setting.

Prices range from $199 to $239 per week.

These camps operate weekdays from 9am to 4pm

Paddle sports camps are tax exempt.

  • July 21 – 25 (5 day camp)
  • July 28 – Aug 1 (5 day camp)
  • Aug 4 – 8 (5 day camp)
  • Aug 11 – 15 (5 day camp)
  • Aug 18 – 21 (4 day camp)
  • Aug 25 – 29 (5 day camp)
