CHALLENGE YOURSELVES!
Invite your classroom, your co-workers, your social group or your sports team to an adventure on the water. The Fairway Gorge Paddling Club (FGPC) offers flexible schedules and on-water experiences tailored to your specific needs, interests and abilities.
We can accommodate groups of 10 to 120 people for one-time and multi-session bookings.
We supply the safety equipment and staff, PFDs, paddles and qualified coaches who will accommodate your group’s willingness for fun, team work and adventure. The summers fill up fast, so we encourage groups to book as early as they can for the best date selections.
Dragon boat and kayak experiences are available for adults, youth and children.
Corporate options include our Corporate Cup Challenge, an 8 session dragon boat program, and a 15 session dragon boat program (see below).

CORPORATE CUP CHALLENGE AND DRAGON BOAT PROGRAMS
Your organization is invited to get out on the water with our corporate programs. Your choices include:
- Corporate dragon boat training programs of either 8 or 15 sessions, which include participation in one of our Vancouver Island Dragon Boat Race Series events.
- Pricing: 8 sessions $2800+GST, 15 sessions $5250+GST
- These packages include your festival entry, a savings of $1800
- Our Corporate Cup Challenge, held in May at our Super Sprints dragon boat festival (Saturday May 24), includes 2 practice sessions and an entry in a special corporate challenge race.
- Pricing: 2 sessions and registration in the Corporate Challenge Cup $1000+GST

DRAGON BOAT GROUP ADVENTURES
- All group bookings are for one and a half hours.
- The minimum number of paddlers is 16 and the maximum is 24.
- Maximum number of boats that can be booked for one session is 5.
- Cost is per boat.
- FGPC supplies all necessary paddling and safety equipment.
1. Guided Groups
- FGPC provides a coach and steersperson.
- 1 Dragon Boat: $350 / boat
2. Guided School Groups
- FGPC provides a coach and steersperson.
- FGPC requires, minimum, one adult chaperone/teacher
for every ten participants in school bookings. - 1 Dragon Boat: $350 / boat
OCEAN KAYAK GROUP ADVENTURES
- All group bookings are for two hours.
- The minimum number of paddlers is 6, and the maximum is 29.
- Cost is per person.
- FGPC supplies all necessary paddling and safety equipment.

- FGPC provides one guide for every 6 registrants.
- FGPC guides provide safety coverage and accompany groups at all times.
- Group rate: $35 per person
2. Guided School Groups
- FGPC provides one guide for every 6 registrants.
